Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 8 years following your last appointment, in accordance with NHS and GMC guidelines. Financial records are retained for 6 years in compliance with HMRC requirements.

Terms & Conditions
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of consultation unless prior insurance pre-authorisation has been confirmed. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Self-pay prices are confirmed at the point of booking.
Insurance
It is the patient's responsibility to confirm coverage with their insurer prior to booking. Smart Santé is not liable for costs not covered by your insurer.
