Dr. Lina Al-Ghamdi
Precision nutritionist and metabolomics specialist who translates biomarker data — micronutrient deficiencies, inflammatory load, and gut-axis markers — into practical, evidence-based dietary protocols.

Dr. Al-Ghamdi completed her PhD in nutritional sciences at University College London, where her doctoral research examined the relationship between dietary metabolite profiles and long-term cardiometabolic risk. She subsequently trained in advanced metabolomics at the MRC London Institute of Medical Sciences before returning to Saudi Arabia to practise.
At Smart Santé she bridges the gap between the diagnostic panel and the plate. Every patient receives a nutrition report that goes beyond standard macros — mapping micronutrient gaps, assessing inflammatory dietary patterns, and identifying the three or four dietary changes most likely to move the patient's biological-age score.
Dr. Al-Ghamdi is a vocal critic of elimination-diet culture and hyper-restrictive protocols; she designs eating plans that patients actually follow. Her research interests include time-restricted eating, the longevity implications of dietary IGF-1 signalling, and the microbiome-longevity axis.
