Initial consultations are 45 minutes — giving your doctor the time to understand your full history, concerns, and goals. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. We never rush.

Absolutely. All consultations, records, and correspondence are fully private and protected under strict medical confidentiality. Your information is never shared without your explicit consent.

Yes. You are always free to select your preferred doctor when booking. You can browse doctor profiles, read about their specialties and experience, and book directly with the one that feels right for you.
